Ingela Johansson's art is an exploration of healing, growing, and learning. Her work invites viewers to allow all emotions to surface, see the patterns they create, and ultimately find their flow.

Through vibrant movement, energy, and life, she transforms emotions into strength and creativity — creating tactile, layered works full of sensation. Coffee stains, torn paper, charcoal, ink. Nothing is off-limits if it helps tell the story.

At the heart of her work is a deep exploration of womanhood: the messy, the raw, the joyful, and the unapologetically free. These are not artworks that whisper politely — they speak about identity, healing, and emotional truth.

Ingela's practice extends beyond the canvas. Through Creative Meditation — her own approach to creative flow — she guides individuals and groups into their own expressive process, where listening to the subconscious becomes the work itself. This analog, intuitive practice is at the core of everything she makes and teaches.
