Refunds

I want you to feel at home with the art you bring into your life. If something doesn't feel right, here is how returns work.

Artworks, prints, books and card decks

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • You receive a full refund of the item price. If you paid for shipping and you cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, that shipping cost is refunded too.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. Please pack the artwork carefully, preferably in the original box and wrapping, and use tracked, insured shipping.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
  • To start a return, email me at swedishartanddesign@gmail.com before sending anything. I'll confirm the return and the address: Ingela Johansson, Älvgatan 1, 652 25 Karlstad, Sweden.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email me photos as soon as possible and I'll make it right at no cost to you. See Damaged product. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.

E-book

If the e-book isn't for you, email me within 14 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund.

Online courses

My self-paced online courses, including the monthly live sharing sessions, come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email me within 14 days of purchase. When the refund is made, access to the course material and the live sessions ends.

Workshops on a set date

  • Cancel up to 14 days before the workshop and you receive a full refund.
  • After that, the fee is not refunded, but you're welcome to move to a later date or give your place to someone else. Just let me know.
  • If I have to cancel a workshop, you receive a full refund.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of my receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it). Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
