1. General Terms These terms apply to all purchases made at artbyingelajohansson.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products and Pricing All artworks and products are displayed as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement. We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. More information can be found on our Shipping & Sustainability page.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal You have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws. Products must be returned in original condition. Read more on our Refunds page.

6. Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. See our Damaged Product policy for more information.

7. Copyright All artworks and images on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Ingela Johansson. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our online store or our products.

9. Personal Data We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes Any disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. In case of disagreement, Swedish law and Swedish courts shall apply.
